i am fully in favour of talented mnds and trained individuals staying in India and contributing to success. You have to pave your path to success. Glory coming in foreign land is also alien.

Imho, European countries, US, etc. which are very attractive for some Indians are nothing but crazy sinful places where one will face a lot of problems.

I guess, if one can make a decent living in India there is no need to leave for abroad. And as far as I understand most Indians that leave for other countries could make a good living in India, as they have enough money to study in expensive colleges and universities! Still because of prestige or some other motives they rush to stay abroad.

Also there is a Russian proverb "It's good in that place which is beyond ours". Thus, people always think they can get some greater opportunities if they remove to somewhere else. But they will just face other problems there.
