    maintaining a flat stomach by abdominal exercise which do not strain the lower back

    hi ;
    i am jim and would like to know what are the best exercise to maintain a flat stomach by regular exercises
    of crunches or sit ups or leg exercises etc etc without puting an extra strain on the lower back or not to aggrevate the lower back ? ,alternate exercises if can be done for the same cause can also be suggested .

    Hi Jim !

    Please post in appropriate section to get the reply easily.

    Anyway to get flat stomach is not a big deal but you must know which kind of exercise suits yo...

    Sometime many of us do certain kind of exercise but those excise not help to reduce fat from stomach but that tighten your stomach muscles...

    running, walking, cycling and many other excise claims that will lose your fat from stomach but they don't .. do u know why because we don't do it in proper way... ( Means this excercise will only help you when u do if for specific time and on regular basis)

    But I don't wanna talk much about above ways to lose stomac fat... But wana tell you how u can lose it in a month or less than a month.

    1) Breath fast for about 15-20 minutes , you can take break of 10-15 seconds only not more than that.
    2) Jump - strange to know but it works ... Yes when we jump the pressure of body pushes the stomach muscles and it help you to loose weight. ( you can normally jump for 10-15 minuts or you can do skipping)

    *Breathing exercise is well known in Yoga called "Kapalbhati" ( In this you have to push your stomach in and out while breathing)
    ** Balance you diet- do not eat fried food and drink numbers of glass of water.

    Try above 2 exercise and give your kind feedback
