I would like to know how to deactivate BT-ONMOBAL service from my mobile.

Can you tell us more about this service, what mobile operator you are using and what kind of problem or service they are providing ?

My mobile number is 09490949248(BSNL).Unwanted,worthless health tips are continuing in my mobile from Monthly Masti Service of BT-ONMOBL for the past 2 years.They are debiting me Rs.10/- for every 5 days, which is decreasing my balance in my mobile.i want to deactivate from this useless,worthless service (MONTHLY MASTI SERVICE of BT-ONMOBL).please help me.

Call to your customer care exhaustive and apply a service DO NOT CALL.
By using this service company can not doing any message and any type of call in next 48 hours..

They can close all services and all unwanted call and message on your sim card....

Well, DND service activation will not cancel this service.

You should first try to call customer care and ask them to disable all addon service on your phone .

Also, send 'Start DND 0" to 1909 to start DND.

Have you called customer care to disable this service ?
