hi i am 24 years old and 5.9'' tall but my weight is just 52 kg which is not at all acceptable. i am a working guy so i dont have that much time to spend in gym for exercises so please tell me what should i do for increase my weight.

hi u have to do physical exercise at home and eat vegetable with lunch take a milk twice a day eat nonvege if u can eggs , fish these thinks are help to increase weight.
I think you should take some healthy foods in which fats is more don't go for fast food as they will increase weight but also increases a lot of diseases inside your body. So i would suggest you to take a healthy diet like drinking 2-4 glass of pure milk, eat lots and lots of eggs and many more.
