Im facing a serious problem in my computer i.e my shutdown button in my Start Menu is missing. I tried to restart the computer but still nothing happened. Any recommendations??

Will you care to tell us what windows is you are running? Try to reboot your computer in safe mod and tell us if your shutdown button is still missing in safe mode.
