I am in tamilnadu rural area in tiruvarur district using sony ericsson k530i mobile and migrate from 2g to 3g earlier how can i use video cal feature with this creteria is it possible? i haven't seen any 3g symbol on my mobile screen

First of all you need to setup your phone to work in 3G mode, you can do it from connectivity --> MObile network and then from select 3G as your operating mode. If you see signal in that mode along with 3G sign then you can make video call.

But making video call also require call receiver to have 3G phone along with 3G services. If you are not sure how to make video call, first dial number and select option which comes on left lower screen, from there select "Make Video call".
