One of our client Using Shahara PIV pc.

PC Fomatted but its ask To incert OS C.d after 2 to 3 days of Formatting.?

Can any one help to solve this issue Completely

What error you actually receives. It appears that your computer is unable to find BOOT records or boot disk. If that is the case then can be two reason..
1. May be somehow your boot record is disturbed
2. Serious one, may be the hard drive need replacement.

Until you give me what exact error you get and is it right after boot then can only suggest you most appropriate solution.

Actually Client having Shahara PC .. Os of pc got corrupted. We formatted the PC but afte 2 days it simply ask to incert the Windows CD.

No error came till date. when we start PC . its just show the msg Incert Window XP CD.

once we incert OS CD it ask you to formatt the PC again.

plaese submit detailed errors.

So, you mean windows XP is starting but then asks for XP cd ?

You should try Repair Windows XP which can be done using XP installation CD.

First boot computer from windows XP cd and then it will automatically ask you to repair current XP installation, select to REPAIR it.
