ON 28.05.2009 through India post [speed post] with all my xerox copies of testimonials
Demand draft was drawn in United Bank Of India Kanchipuram on 27.05.2009.
Till date i have not received any letter for my registration or my demand draft for their denial of application
The Vardhaman Open University Keeping silent
My synopsis was also been sent
I cannot understand their lengthy silence
can i get back my remitted amount
