It's quite easy ! Just go to start > help & support > Support tab on above > opt for my system information & find out what all things u have installed.. I am sure this will help you....

If you have installed 64 bit version then you have 64 bit else you have 32 bit version.

You may also try command prompt ! just Open Command Prompt ( cmd ), type echo
echo %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%
or
echo %PROCESSOR_IDENTIFIER%.
