Getting happy and feeling happy, how to enjoy my life these are the normal questions which i daily ask to myself. I am recently separated and in deep counselling! I have been told to find things that make "me" happy and do a small task/event weekly just for me, but my mind is not working i am unable to figure out what should i supposed to do and what should i not. I have been a father for so long, I have completely lost "ME" and have no clue where to start to find her again!


I don't know what to do, please suggest.
