I am user of Bsnl bb, but my connection is very slow, whn i dial the msg is phone line is busy. It takes long to connect. Also i dont have any user id and password to check my bb usuage.

Are you sure you are using bsnl broadband ? From your description it looks like you are using Bsnl dialup connection. What bsnl broadband plan you have ?
