How to get refund from bsnl.
I had sent application a year back.
Personally visited bsnl r.t.nagar bangalore office and submitted one more application on 3/8/13
they have promissed to refund within a month,so far not received.
Even they dont take calls.

Hi Mr. Prasad, BNSL guys are never helpful. From experience shared by users here, you should again make application and send it to their all senior official as CC and then they will take action.
