    Canvas 2 plus A110Q-A110Q showing under temperature while charging

    Advert.
    As soon as I connect the charge a message pops up showing that battery under temperature please remove the battery . I tried it but it didn’t work. Also even if the battery is20% it turns 1% after connecting the charger…
    please send your suggestion.

    This happens when you are using wrong charger or charger is gone defective. May be you can try some other charger with little higher ampere volt.

    Or

    Have you tried recharging it while off, try it for 2-3 hours and let us know if it helps.
