New Tata Nano Upgraded version to be launched in 2011

Tata Nano project started with a promise from TATA, despite of serious doubts from major corporates of the world and even from press and media from India, TATA continued to work on it and they presented Nano to the world.

Tata had to do nothing to make it popular as it already gained attention of whole world even when its production was not started due to its price tag which was expected to Rs. 1 Lakh and that time or say roughly USD 2500.

However, people against expectations, the sales of TATA NANO is declining day by day and in past month, TATA managed to sell only 509 units of Nano which raised a serious concern about TATA. Now TATA is all set to launch a new upgraded version of TATA Nano soon in the market.

As per the news, the new TATA Nano will have 5 speed gearbox so that we car can enjoy better driving experience at high speeds along with better fuel efficiency. It will also result in higher top speeds.

It is also said that car might come with features like seat adjustment, power steering and along with other minor tweaking. However, this may cause little increased price for Nano.

Car is expected to be launched in first quarter of 2011 as per sources.
