Akshay to Act in Sequel of Once opon a time in Mumbai

Milan Lutharia is keen to make a sequel of the highly acclaimed movie apparently it is believed that after a lot of negotiation, Akshay will be playing an important part in ‘Once Upon a time in Mumbai 2.

If Akshay gives his nod, he will be onscreen portraying Emraan Hasmi's character in the second movie. Ekta wants to take the sequel to Once Upon A Time in Mumbaito the next level.

She felt that Akshay would be the Best Actor to playDawood Ibraham's Role.She likes the wayAkshay acts and feels he has a great potential to Play challenging Role.

But it turns out that the actor not to make the project despite what Ekta thinks about him. Grapevine has it that Akshay asked for a whopping sum of Rs 27crore from Balaji for his role in the film.

He studied martial arts in Hong Kong and soon decided to pursue an acting career in the Bollywood film industry. His first Bollywood film was Saugandh in 1991.His first major hit was the 1992 film Khiladi. After this he often did many action films which were successful particularly the films with Khiladi in the title such as Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1993) and Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996). He has also had success in romantic films such as Yeh Dillagi (1994), Dhadkan (2000) and Andaaz (2003).
