New Honda Accord 2011 facelifted variant launched in india

Honda Siel Cars India launched a new upgraded version of 'Accord' luxury sedan. The company launched 'Accord' with some new features and with some great comforts.

The president of Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) and CEO Takashi Nagai said, "Our belief in constantly upgrading our products based on customer feedback prompted this launch of an upgraded version of the ‘Accord’ with unique styling in combination with luxurious features.”

The company has registered sales over 25,000 units since its launch in India. The company had previously launched the 8th generation 'Accord' in May, 2008.

As per the company, the new 'Accord' will be available in two variants 2.4-litre version and a 3.5-litre variant. The 2.4 liter delivers 177 horsepower and better mileage. The Company made especially the 3.5 -litre variants for those people who want more performance. The 3.5- litre v6 engine will give a mind-blowing performance with 271 horsepower. It also has Five-speed and six-speed manual transmission.

The company not only added some technical feature that also decorates it's new luxury sedan with some great comfort and design. The company has tried to give it a bold and aggressive look. It's striking interiors will make it the most commanding premium sedan on Indian roads.

The new Accord comes with an advanced improved audio system for improved usability & readability and Jackknife key have also been added to the Accord. Honda Accord is equipped with Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) to assist the driver in maintaining control during cornering, acceleration and sudden maneuvers by applying braking to the right or left hand wheels as necessary and modulating the engine torque output as required.

So now Honda accord has following models, Accord 2.4 MT – Rs.19.60 lacs , Accord 2.4 AT – Rs.20.36 lacs
and the powerful Accord 3.5 V6 – Rs.25.41 lacs. Enjoy the drive!
