TATA Pixel - A new small concept car from TATA

The largest automobile manufacturer company in India Tata motors will launch the new small concept car PIXEL Geneva auto show.

Tata motors officially announced to be launch it's new Pixel, Nano based concept car which could be the alternative of Nano exclusively for the European market at the 81th Geneva car show on Tuesday. The car will be alternative to Europa which was earlier the enhanced version of TATA Nano specially designed for European countries.

The company said about this new concept car that it will be the experimental model for the European market will come under the all new brand. It's dimension are expectedly taken from the Nano, which is a little over 3 meters, the doors of this concept car will be open towards the sky. The interiors and design of this concept car is much larger keeping in mind the much demanding European customers.

At the stall of Geneva Auto show a senior organizer for Tata Motors said, its one of the most promising car from the Company and its is all I can say". Tata Motors executives at the Motor Show neither confirmed or deny the unveiling of PIXEL by its Chairman Ratan Tata.

The car is expected to be very different from the other car. The PIXEL is expected to comply with stringent safety and emission norms of these developed markets, which Nano currently does not meet.

The company has not officially announced the specification and price for the car in Europe. As per the sources in Tata Motors say that the compact car was designed with the idea of lots of space specifically for the European market and customers. The Pixel may enter the European market in 2013.
