Harley Davidson XL1200X Sportster now in India

For the Harley Davidson enthusiast who never looks at money but only at the bike, the US motorcycle maker Harley Davidson launched XL1200X Sportster in India with a price of 8.5 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike is available at all leading dealers of Harley Davidson from april 2011.

As we know that Harley bike is known from it's giant look and heavy engine and this bike continue with the same look and a powerful 1200 cc V-twin engine. The bike has low riding position. The engine of XL1200X Sportster comes with Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) and performance tuning with a broad torque curve. It has shortly dual exhaust pound out the distinctive Harley-Davidson V-Twin sound.

In term of look it has a attractive class look with it's low solo seat, under-mounted mirrors, side mount license plate, clean rear fender and tall and fat front tire.

It has forward foot controls, low profile custom handlebar, fork-mounted turn signals, slammed speedometer mounting bracket and fork brace with lightening holes. The company said that the bike is available at it's five leading dealers across the country.
