The American car Maker, Ford, who is looking to achieve a strong position in Indian market is going to launch their upcoming SUV EcoSport here. The EcoSport is more known as B515 internally.
The EcoSport is built on Ford's auspicious platform known as B2E. This platform has been developed in collaboration with Mazda. The EcoSport is basically a sub-four meter SUV with high ground clearance making it suitable for Indian condition. The car comes with tail-gate mounted spare wheel which gives it a very great looks from the back along with reduction in excise duty as tail gate mounted spare wheel doesn't count in car length.
Overall design of car gives you solid bold looks of a SUV however, dimensions of this car is of a hatchback and hence will enjoy all duty and excise benefit of small car provided by Indian Government.
