Honda will be launching the new facelifted version of the Honda City on this December,2011. Honda had initially planned to bring the facelited version of Honda City at the upcoming Auto Expo, but due to some uncertain reasons they decided to launch it earlier. The launch has been delayed a number of times due to severe floods in Thailand which had a adverse impact on supply on parts.The new facelifted version of Honda City has been already launched in Thailand .
The changes to new Honda City has been cosmetic in nature and it include new headlights, LED taillights, a newly redesigned bumper and front grille. There has been a slight revision in interior of the car. There has been changes in instrument panel . The new version will be available in various new colors. The car will also have a new Eco meter for checking economy drive. However there has been no major changes in the engineering of the car.
Definitely its a marketing strategy to keep sales coming and also keep vehicle refreshing and latest as per trends.
