How should the ISC March 2010 supplementary exam form be sent?
In the ISC 2010 form for supplementary candidates, it is clearly stated that the application form must be sent through the Head of the School along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 2100, to the Additional Secretary & Officiating Chief Executive & Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, Pragati House, 3rd Floor, 47-48, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110 505.
But my school Principal insisted that I should send the application form on my own. When I asked her whether that was the right thing to do, she said that it did not make a difference whether she sent it or I did i.e, it meant the same. If I send the form myself, it will mean that I am going against the rule stated in the form.
Will my sending the form directly to the ISC address in New Delhi instead through my school principal, lead to disqualification?
I'm really confused. Please please help!!!!!

I would suggest just attach the documents from your principal and sent it directly to the address.
