All you really need is a bench with a squat rack on it. Then get a good olympic-sized weight set. You can do bench press, incline/decline press, military press, squats, calf raises, deadlifts, shrugs, cleans, curls, pretty much all the basic lifts.
I have only dumbells with me..what all exercises can i do with it?
Indian Dand-Bethak is the best and full body workout. You can add Pull-ups in this.
Try to do 100 Dand (4 set of 25 reps) and 200 Bethak (4 sets of 50 reps) 2-3 days a week. And you will see excellent result! Once you meet above goal for 6-8 weeks in a row, put your leg on chair and hand on floor for dand. For Bethak, lift weight on sholder (you can lift kid too) while doing it.
