Passport Payment made but showing pending - what can do ?

I applied for new passport while doing payment my system hang so payment cant done. And showing payment pending can any one help

You mean Payment was deducted from your account but on website its showing still pending. In this case, by now you should have received refund in your original bank account. Generally in similar case, money get refunded in 3-10 days.

If not then you first need to contact bank with payment details , if they say its sent then you have to send mail to PSK with details given by bank.
