Scania introduced four commercial trucks in India
Swedish commercial vehicle maker Scania has launched it's four commercial trucks on trail runs in the Indian market today. Scania has a standardize it's strategy ," by Launching the most leading-edge product in the Indian market while keeping the overall costs at low prices. Scania trucks will offer better reliability and fuel efficiency.

Scania list it's four variants as R 500 6×4, G 460 6×4, P 410 6×2 and P 360 4×2 which will be made available to the Indian customers. Starting from the base variant R 500 6×4 is powered with V-8 engine which is a very heavy-wage carrier tractor possessing excellent low-speed torque, which is quite mandatory in the upper heavy-towage segment. This engine is coupled with an automatic gearbox called the Scania Opticruise, with such automatic gear changing feature this new heavy-puller will sports ad descent level of performance for heavy-duty transport in the most demanding conditions.
Dealing a level up variant, Scania introudces it's G 460 6×4 boasts up with 13-litre 460 hp engine delivering a much higher torque it also features an automatic gear changing feature Scania Opticruise, which is specifically designed in a way to help the drivers to drive safely with soft handling in rash conditions.
Scania P 410 6×2 is a multi-purpose long-haulage tractor which is powered up with 410 hp engine mated with a liftable tag axle. This model is tailored to long-haulage operation, it is reported by the company officials that it will feature a high performance and good fuel economy that will help operators to improve efficiency and lower operating costs.
The highest variant of Scania features as P 360 4×2 which produces a tremendous power 360 hp and a 13-litre Scania engine and like the G 460 6×4 it also has a high torque rating. With its rear air suspension, it serves the needs of critical and fragile cargo transport requiring, providing safety, faster turnaround time and excellent operating economy.
