My height is 5.4 inch and weight is 53kg.
I am not maintaining a proper diet schedule and so getting some problems like back_pain,neck_pain at sometimes despite of enough exercises.
So,please can i get here a diet chart with detailed time of what to eat, at what time????

Pain is just a mechanism of body to inform you about something suspicious , it can be sign of some bigger problem, so one should not avoid pain until he is sure its not something serious..
May be you have back pain and neck pain due to exercise. For troubleshooting pain ie. pain management, before doing any remedy, one should first find out the reason reason for it. I used to suffer back pain a lot, rather severe back pain because I was using computer regularly in excess as well as doing pro level of heavy workout, ultimately was over straining my back and thus back pain. I ultimately changed the way I workout as well as use computer and things are fine, no need of medicine or any treatment..
So try to find the reason you get pain and then work upon remedy.

Different people have different requirements.Well, the best thing is to consult a doctor i.e dietician who will give you a proper diet table.
