Debit card blocked while refilling balance through APP

Debit card blocked while refilling balance through APP but no wrong info was given. Yesterday while refilling my balance through app my account get blocked but i didn't enter wrong credentials then why did it happened ??
i got and otp which i have entered and suddenly the mgs came ur card has been blocked due to wrong use of details. now should i do to unblock it should i wait for 24 hr so that it gets unblocked itself or should i contact customer care ??

Either there was communication issue at the time you were trying other is bug in app which resulted in multiple submission and hence card being blocked . You should wait as you said, if it doesn't get unblocked then definitely call customer care.
