Which are the vegetables help reduce body weight?
I am aged 50+. My present height is 165 cms. My body weight is 105 kgs.
I am non-veg. recently changed to veg. I want to reduce my weight
about 10% in 6 months. I wish include some vegetable
which will me reduce weight. I am not having any serious illness at present.

There is really nothing important which will make big difference, however some vegetables are good in certain things and even have medical importance but matters a most is balanced diet adequate exercise.
For you I suggest to each plenty of fibrous vegetables along with moderate exercise. Above all, never each to stuff your belly, if you are hungry for 3 chapati then each only 2 or and 2 and half chapati. You may increase number of time you take foods to 4 from 3 (generally people each 3 times a day).
This way in few months you will have really better health as well weight.
