To make a ration card, there must be a confirmed address proof of a citizen.
But a ration card is to a citizen who is poor. He can't afford a own house.
Due to it,a poor person can't make a ration card and hence is away from the schemes provided by government for poor people like food security bill. This also leads to increase in corruption. What is solution for it?
