Defective and useless mobile from Homeshop18.com?

Hi, one week back i planned to buy a new android powered mobile handset for me and after collecting money 1 thousand rupees month from 6 months. I finally ordered Sony Xperia Tipo from homeshop18.com. I was so excited at that time when i ordered the mobile handset but soon i don't know that i have been suffering from a disaster.

The phone is defective it screen is dented and also i am unable to get it switch on..What should i do please help?

I think you must file your complaint to homeshop18.com and i think you have ordered first time from the online retailer so for you convenience i must tell you that your product is under 6 months of manufacturing warranty, you can easily buy a new one by conveying your problem with them.
