here are some tips which you can try and get relief from acidity
1. Drinking cabbage juice daily also prevents acidity.
2. It’s always better to have the dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed.
3. Drinking water in the early morning controls acidity, as water is a good neutralizer for acid.
4. Gulp coconut water 4-5 periods a day.
5. Drink every day a 1 tsp juice of chebulic myrobalan mixed with 1 tsp of amla (Indian gooseberry) juice. This is another Home Remedy for Acidity.
6. Take a small piece of ginger and convert it into pulp and add to this an equal amount of coriander. Mix both of them properly. Eat this as this is one of the good Home Remedies for Acidity.

Thanks for the simple and helpful tips.I have heard that having few grains of rice in the early morning empty stomach is also a cure for acidity.
