The indian rupee was yesterday 61.43 per dollar, today it opened higher at 61.53 per dollar.The dollar index slipped at the point 81.15 levels.
In the banking sector nifty is in bullish note, ICICI bank declined 4.46% at Usd 31.47 and HDFC bank was inclined with 2.8% at USD 31.55.
