Mixed Vegetables Curry
Ingredients:
Onion 1 Cut into pieces
Potatoes 1 Cut into cubes and soak in water
Brinjal 1 Cut into cubes and soak in water
Carrot 2 Cut into cubes
Cauliflower 5 Florets - Cut into pieces
Beans 5 Cut into pieces
Tomatoes 2 Cut into cubes
Green Piece 1/2 Cup (Boiled)
(Add other vegetables that you may have)
Green Chilli 3 Cut into pieces
Cumin 1/2 Tsp
Mustard seeds (Raee) 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 Tsp
Tamarind Paste 1 Tsp
Chilli powder 2 Tsp
Salt 1 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsps
Masala Curry Powder 1 Tbsp
Preparation:
Heat oil in wok.
Add cumin, mustard seeds, onion and fry until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and sauté for 1 minute.
Add all the vegetables except florets and tomato.
Add a glass of water and boil them to become tender and soft.
Add florets, tomatoes, chilies, chills powder, tamarind paste, salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add Masala Curry powder and cook for 2 minutes on low flame till gravy becomes thick.
Note: This curry goes well with Roti and Rice.

Wow.. what a recipe .. there is nothing new in this one and nothing exception.. what I think can make difference is Masala Curry powder but smart author is asking to use ready-made.. man. this is useless recipe if you are not talking about the real stuff..
And above all, I think we have another spammer here to promote his / her site.

nice method i have not taste vegetable curry yet so it seems to be a delicious dish so i will try to prepare it at home.
