Why SRK for best Actor

Hi every one,
I want to ask a question to judicery paenl that it is necessary to give best actor awrd to Sharukh wheather he has not done best or his film was not working so well.

If he deserved for best actor for Chak de ...? then govinda is more eligible for best actor for "salame ishqe" than Sharukh.

Govinda is entertainer.. as good actor.. I do see any of his performance eligible for that.

For Chak de, I think its fine otherwise if was for Om shanti Om then would have been a wrong move sure. Tell me if its Shahrukh then who else.. ? I do not find Govinda eligible for it.
