I have an id in bsnl portal- samrat030374 but I have forgot my id at http//selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in.The default password which appears on requesting 'forgot password'' does not help in opening the id nor is username send to my e mail id.please.s help.

If you still have not found solution then you should search your mail because once I had similar problem and I searched my mail where they send you password for first time when you register on selfcare. This way you can also get your id with password.
