Best mobile in rupees 10-12000 range (to gift someone special)

I need to gift a mobile to someone special in my life. I have decided budget of Rs. 10K to 12K but I want phoen to be impressive and best in this range . Please suggest me which one is going to be good in this range and also should be good one as gift. You see I need it to give to my someone special so I want this phone to be little special too. Help :)

Also, it can be any mobile running android, symbian windows or anything but should be kind of special and attractive.

I would suggest Nokia 610, that would be best in your budget as well as best to gift, other option you have Samsung Galaxy Ace duos, a dual sim phone with android around Rs. 12100 .
I will also suggest you to check out Motorolo Defy Plus for Rs. 12500 .

But again, Nokia 610 is great in this budget to gift someone special. :) :) :)
