India is progressing. There is a new dispute everyday. A student commits suicide everyday. A child leaves school everyday. Truly India is progressing. People have started to commect to each other in a new way - Low Speed, Low Bandwidth Internet Connections. It takes a few seconds to download a web page, a few minutes to download or load a song, a few hours to view or download a video. And in such an age organisations have started to come up with a new way of broadcasting - Webinars (a combination of Web-Seminars). Online studies have started. What took it a few hours to study from a book, now takes half a day to study from internet.
