I have been using BSNL SelfCare portal for quite some time. The unbilled amount given on the portal is still not clear to me. What all it consists of ?

Unbilled amount is total usage by your landline for making calls and broadband usage for current month, it will be adjusted in next bill if you have bundled calls and data usage in your account. So if you have free 1GB usage, then it will show it as unbilled and when bill is created then they will deduct 1GB usage from total.
