Punjabhi girl, bhramin guy. havnt told parents yet. Complex situation plz help

I am from guy and girl is punjabhi. Both of us work in IT cmpny. And in relationship from one year. Our age is same around 27. problem is my family wants me to marry now and she cannot marry until 28 due to family problems.
We havnt told our parents even, she wants me to get settle more even so she wants me to do mba or govt job.
So i am trying for it this year but if i dont get in any of them she says ki her parent will not entertain me.

So what should i do bvz as of now i say rudly no to all mariage proposal. But if next year girls parent says no, what will i do.
And definately there will be intercaste issue.when we tell our parents
What should we do ?
