Who’s Winning, iOS or Android?

Who’s winning the mobile platform wars, Apple’s iOS or Google’s Android?
Android sells more smartphones than apple. But Apple is making more money by sellying smartphone than Android.

My thinking is that as per apple smart phones are to costliest for those who's budget looks less. for those people android are good one, android is also giving good services, apps and many more.
Its depends upon people what they buy and why and you also right "Android sells more smartphones than apple. But Apple is making more money by sellying smartphone than Android"
Android will win the competition because target audience for those are in maximum amount. what do you think ?

If you ask me, Android wins and that too with huge margin. From Android so many companies, so many people and so many users are being benefited and from iOS, only Apple and only premium / richies are being benefited. iOS and devices those run are toys for showoff only.

I like android too. and I wish android will wins. Apple will become cheaper in the future if it want to win.

Definately android is winning because of the following reasons-
- it is the only platform which is available from cheaper to high quality mobile.
- you can run lots of application as well as games

Yes, I agree. Apple makes some limites to iphone. And it make jailbreak illegal.
