HP Pavilion g4-2024tx Notebook PC battery not charging problem

Hi,

I have HP Pavilion g4-2024tx Notebook PC in which I am facing battery charging problem. The charger is connected but it is not showing being charged. I contacted HP customer services center and that guy asked me if it is working on other laptop ie. the charger and I said yes because I have tested this charger on other laptop then he asked to flash bios and guided me to flash bios but problem was not resolved. After lots of trying he said that he will send engineer to fix it but I am still waiting for someone to come because problem is not fixed yet. He gave me complained number and all details.. should I wait or call them again ?

HI Rohit, I think your laptop's power socket is damaged (which is common issue), you should take it to service center and ask them to fix it or repair it. And if you have on-site warranty then company should send someone to pick up laptop and fix it for you .

Yes, instead of calling them, visit service center nearby.
