Cheapest Quad Core phone in India under 12,000?

When i went to a nearest mobile retailers in my city i just got shocked and confused. I ask him that i want a mobile within 8K and it should be of high power configuration and since i know as per my budget there are one of the best mobiles offered from the chinese manufacturer in India.

When i told him 8K he picked out his catalogue and start showing me countless mobiles. The name of the company of which he was showing i haven't heard but the mobile was awesome and one after the other holds a nice bunch of Information. I just feel so exhausted at that time i didn't know what to do and what to do not.

So i thought why shouldn't i share my query with etians...i hope i will get my answer as early as possible.
