XOLO A800 Jelly bean updates problem and need help

I have my XOLO A800 handset and quite happy with it however, when recently A800 Jelly bean update was announced I downloaded it and installed as per instruction given on the website of and I successfully installed it but now I am facing many problem here.

Some of them are..

I can not find backup and restore option in jelly bean update

I think my phone's ring volume is reduced because even on high it is not that high as it used to be with ICS.

Icons are not properly placed and looks bad somehow.

Also the voice quality has reduced and I am missing ICS .. now I want to revert back to Ice cream sandwich ..
