Suggest the best online retailer for purchasing smartphone?

Hi, most of the times i look the prices of many retailer for a single smartphone shakes me up. the price of a smartphone is different on all the other retailers acorss our nation. Recently, when i tried to order samsung galaxy chat b5330 from snapdeal is showcased around with 7 thousand but when i went to flipkart it was showing me at 4789 only. Such a huge difference.

Is there any kind of fraud in cheap price by retailer if yes then please do let me know. I will be waiting for your reply.
