HTC Vivid ICS Update Problem/Bug Occurring- what to do?

I have been having problems with the GPS staying on for some reason so decided to reboot the phone. When I did that, I got a message that the phone was updating 1 of 36, etc. Thought that was strange so after it started, and I got the same issue with the GPS.Does anyone know what is causing this?

I know this is not normal to the phone but after restarting also it is showing the same messages again and again.
And all this started when I updated my Vivid to ICS yesterday from AT&T.
