Sony Xperia ZL-Google Latitude app fails to open.

Hi,
Google Latitude application on my Sony Xperia ZL fails to open while I was on a road trip.
I failed to access the application. After reaching the destination, it still remained unavailable.
Is there any way to fix this application problem? Please share the procedure.

I think there must be some problem at the time of installation. Do one thing try to re installed it and if the problem repeats again then try to format the application and try to reinstall it.
