Ideally, you should not go for sex with almost any random guy just to satisfy your urge or rather, release your tensions and stress. Sooner or later, this might create some grave troubles in life.
But just to answer your question, I would suggest you to go online and look for dating sites or sites with chat rooms. Try to figure out guys in your own city, nearby your locality who are interested in getting physical without any strings attached.
You can make them their buddies, hang out with them, enjoy roaming the whole city and hopefully do whatever you want.
