Motorola X-price and specifications of the phone?

Hello guys,
I came to know that Motorola has launched it's new phone in India named as MOTO X. It seems to be a good phone by looks
But, I don't know its basic features as well as its specifications. I am trying to search it on net but still not found much moreabout the phone.

Can anyone tell me what are its price and specifications.

I talking about the new Google Motorola MOTO X Smartphone.

The price of Motorola X is yet to be announced for India although it is available in US on a contract basis in which $200 a month for 2 years is the deal price.
