Best from Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 311, 310 and 211

Hello friends,
As, I am going to switch on my new tablet so, now I see samsung as the best tablet producer in India and I will definitely go for one of its Tab series.
Now, the confusion is that which one is better in terms of usage, money and looks:-
1. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 311
2. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 310
3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 211

Can anyone here help me out to find the best out of these 3?

I think if you have money then all these tablets are a good option to buy for. Samsung 311 is the high level variant among then.
