Budget of Rs 20,000 which can be exceeded up to 22,000 holds tons of options to purchase a nice smartphone. And after a long discussion with my friends, colleagues and family members i finalize two mobiles basically. One is from Apple which is Apple iPad mini and the other one is Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.
Screen size is not my constraint my basic requirement will be it must have all the latest specifications and features.
