I just purchased this phone, its pretty cool. Does anyone knows how to use this phone as modem to do internet on my pc. Samsung has kies to do this then how to do this on this phone ?

Every latest Android phone can be used as Modem, there are various method, simplest is Wifi Tethering. If your PC has WIFI then turn ON wifi in it and enable WIFI tethering in your phone.
Other way is using USB tethering if you do not WIFI in your PC, then through USB cable you can share internet in your computer. Just search internet how to use USB tathering Android to PC internet. If you still face problem, let me know here.
